Product Description:
Pulping System
To create paper pulp, the raw material and water are added to the
hydraulic pulper and mixed for 10-20 minutes. The finished pulp is
then transferred via the pulp pump to the slurry pool. The pulp
pond beater mixes the pulp concentration before transferring it to
the forming machine.
Molding System
The molding machine uses a vacuum system to absorb the pulp into
the molding mold and remove excess water into the gas-water
separation tank. The molding mold absorbs the pulp and forms it
before the transfer mold takes out the finished product and sends
it to the drying tray inside the dryer oven.
Drying System
The drying system utilizes natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum
gas, and other combustion liquids and gases as the heat source. The
system uses an industrial transmission chain drive to drive the net
plate transmission, which runs in the drying line.
Packing
The products are packed using waterproof materials according to
international export standards in 20ft, 40ft, or 40hp containers.
Equipment fittings, electric motor, and power cabinet are packaged
in wooden cases or iron boxes, while other equipment is packed
utilizing color-striped plastic cloth. Custom packing requirements
are also available.
Terms of Delivery
The latest date for shipment is 15-20 working days after receipt of
prepayment. Payment terms require a 40% advance payment by TT and
60% before delivery of the goods, or payment of 100% by L/C at
sight against shipping documents.
