Product Description:
Pulping System
The pulping system is an important process in the paper making
industry. To obtain paper pulp, raw materials and water are mixed
in the hydraulic pulper for 10-20 minutes. The pulp pump then
transfers the finished paper pulp to the slurry pool, where the
pulp pond beater mixes the pulp concentration. Finally, the pulp
pump transfers the pulp into the forming machine.
Molding System
The molding system plays a crucial role in shaping the paper pulp
into the desired form. Firstly, the molding machine absorbs the
pulp to the molding mold using the suction of the vacuum system.
The excess water is then absorbed into the gas-water separation
tank before being pumped to the tank for storage. Then, the molding
mold absorbs the pulp and forms it before the transfer mold takes
out the finished product and sends it to the drying tray inside the
dryer oven.
Drying System
The drying system utilizes a range of heat sources, such as natural
gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, and other combustion liquids
and gases. The transmission mode of the drying line employs
industrial transmission chain to drive the net plate transmission,
ensuring efficient drying of the paper pulp within.
Packing
- Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft,
40ft, 40hp container.
- Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor, and Power Cabinet will be
packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box.
- Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
- Or as per customer's requirements.
Terms of Delivery and Payment
The latest date of shipment time is 15-20 working days after
receipt of the prepayment. Payment terms require a 30% advance
payment by TT, with the remaining 70% to be paid before delivery of
the goods. Alternatively, 100% payment can be made by L/C at sight
against shipping documents.
