Egg tray machine Pulp Molding Machine is composed of the following
sections:
Pulping System
Turn waste paper, such as old newspapers, magazines, cartons, into
a certain concentration pulp through pulping, screening, or adding
chemical additives , for forming of molding machines.
Forming System
Attaching the pulp onto the specially made forming mold evenly
through vacuum effect to make it into wet trays and then deliver it
to drying system.
Drying System
Using heat source like Gas, Diesel, Steam, Conduction oil, coal,
Wood to dry the wet trays after forming.
Stacking & Packing System
Count the number of dried trays, separate them and pack them for
automatic packaging.
Vacuum System
Offer vacuum for forming product
