Egg Tray Production LineTray is a rotary type egg tray forming
machine. It is for customers who need large capacity request for
the egg trays, egg cartons, egg boxes, apple trays, bottle trays,
coffee cup carrier tray or shoes tray etc.
It is composed of 3 parts: pulping system, forming system and drying system.
1. Pulping system: Use waste paper and water as raw material and pulp up;
2. Forming system: The pulped material being delivered to Product Tray molds, and
forming to the Product Tray plate shape;
3. Drying system: The formed Product Tray plate being delivered to Dryer, and come
up to Completed Strong Product Tray plate
The drying system is with one boiler. The drying system can use
electricity, diesel, coal, natural gas as energy. Customers must
first confirm which kind of energy they will use before our
production.
To meet the environmental friendly goal, many enterprises have
began to use paper egg carton. So egg tray machine complies with
the trend of times. The egg tray making machine uses the raw
material of waste paper and water to produce paper egg trays.
The egg tray manufacturing process is raw materials pulping –
ingredients (as per customer needs)– mold forming – drying
–packing. The additive is Food-Grade pigment which you can use to
produce all colors of egg cartons. Another kind of additive is glue
which has the anti-water function. When you use the additives, you
should add the appropriate amount. The type machine can not only
produce egg tray / carton but also produce apple tray, shoe trays,
bottle trays, strawberry carton, etc.

1800pcs/h, 2000pcs/h, 3000pcs/h, 4000 pcs/h, 5000pcs/h.
